Operator and scope
Mateo Suárez Dev is an independent software practice operated by
Mateo Suárez in Uruguay. These terms apply to mateosuarez.dev,
including its shared payment and support pages.
Individual apps and services may publish additional product-specific
terms, pricing, privacy information, or usage rules. Those terms
apply to the relevant product in addition to these shared terms. If
an app-specific term conflicts with these terms for that product,
the app-specific term controls to the extent of the conflict.
Use of this site and services
Use the site and products lawfully and do not interfere with their
security, availability, or other users. You are responsible for
information and account credentials you provide, and for keeping
them confidential.
Product availability, features, eligibility, and usage limits are
described in the applicable product experience or product-specific
terms. We may maintain, improve, suspend, or discontinue a product
where reasonably necessary.
Billing and subscriptions
Where a product is purchased through Paddle, Paddle acts as merchant
of record. The checkout shows the applicable price, currency, trial,
renewal, and tax details before purchase. Subscription cancellation
prevents future renewals and ordinarily leaves access available
until the end of the paid period unless the product says otherwise.
Paddle’s buyer terms and policies apply to Paddle transactions. Use
the links in your receipt or the Paddle customer portal to manage an
eligible transaction or subscription.
Content and intellectual property
The site, product materials, branding, and software are owned by or
licensed to Mateo Suárez Dev and are protected by applicable
intellectual-property laws. Except where a product license or law
says otherwise, you may not copy, resell, reverse engineer, or
misuse them.
